Example

Bloody Admin by Jez Farmer

The desk is lonely as dawn breaks
And outside morning chorus how it sings
In the lazy rays of an early sun
In the kitchen coffee pot shakes
It’s that aroma of all things
That wakes my mind to a day just begun
Before sipping a cup, checking email
First words written then the phone rings
Copenhagen, what’s to be done
There’s more to writing than telling a tale
A poet sighs must do his damn admin
Before days end and setting sun
Would it really be a terrible sin
To stuff that pointless trash into the bin
