Form: Amanda’s Dark Sonnet
This primal love encompassing the whole
Accessing senses of body and soul
Blessed by the moon and the warmth of a kiss
Opening hearts to swarm like stars in bliss
Orchestrated by love in rainbow hues
Echoes of tangoes in rhythm n’ blues
Dancing lovers of nights on shadowed knoll
The vague forms seen where the fading storms stroll
Ordinary love simply becomes this:
Resounding echoes as two hearts dehisce
Measured movements twisting ideas and views
Empowerment of desire; freedom to choose
No words speak with love a thing of fate
Together making whole that two create
