Where the Bluebells Grow

Bluebells on Loughrigg terrace, Lake District, UK.

If I could borrow an hour of your time
Would you then join me where the bluebells grow
So I may hold you in the pale spring light
I want you to grasp me, holding me tight
As your body tells me what our words know
And like the water caressing the lime
Let our passion flow like a babbling brook
As love concedes to the desirous look
And as we kiss may our lips then reveal
The secrets we hold where our souls entwine
No more words as all we can do is feel
Intense interactions never undone
As now we embrace the power we share
The love that brings us together as one
